1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the jili363 website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using any feature of the jili363 Platform, you enter into a binding legal agreement with jili363 and accept these Terms without modification.

jili363 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent revision was made.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the jili363 Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jili363 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jili363 Platform or any affiliated platform.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. jili363 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if eligibility requirements are not met or can no longer be confirmed.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the jili363 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information and must update it promptly if any details change. jili363 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify jili363 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your jili363 account.

jili363 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or upon reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

jili363 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. jili363 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name or from third-party sources.

All deposits are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your jili363 account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to 30 minutes during banking hours.
• jili363 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made using bonuses, promotional credits, or funds obtained through fraudulent means will be voided.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply based on your account tier and verification status.
• jili363 targets a processing time of under 3 minutes for approved GCash and PayMaya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
• jili363 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request. This may delay processing but is done to protect the security of your account.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if your account has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, unless you forfeit the bonus balance.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jili363 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jili363 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer will specify its own wagering requirement (rollover), minimum odds, eligible games, expiry period, and maximum withdrawal limit derived from bonus winnings.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• jili363 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using VPNs, or coordinating with other players — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the jili363 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• All game outcomes on jili363 are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology. jili363 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jili363 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. jili363 reserves the right to void bets affected by technical errors.
• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player. Once a wager is submitted and accepted by the system, it is final.
• jili363 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.
• For live dealer games, the decisions of the dealer and the game result displayed on screen are final, subject to any applicable dispute resolution process.
• For sports betting, jili363 follows standard industry rules for settlement of markets. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, jili363's decision is final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jili363 Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account use.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, match-fixing, or use of automated software (bots) to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jili363 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jili363 Platform.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account limitations.

8 Responsible Gaming

jili363 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. jili363 recognizes that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jili363 players:

10 Intellectual Property

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jili363 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or system errors beyond jili363's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain account security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered therein.

jili363's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Termination & Suspension

jili363 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the specified timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from you or a responsible gaming authority.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from competent authorities.

Upon termination, any pending withdrawal requests for verified funds will be processed in accordance with standard procedures, subject to any applicable holds for investigation purposes. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jili363 support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jili363 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate a dispute by contacting jili363 support at [email protected] with a detailed description of your complaint.

jili363 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct negotiation, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

jili363 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jili363 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.

Your continued use of the jili363 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.
